Only 11 hours and 45 more minutes to go until POTC 2 at midnight, wheee! My friend and I bought our tickets June 23, as soon as they went on sale.

The intarwebs are a wonderful thing. One of my officers just ran in and said "Call the Federal Court and tell them I'm going to be late!", then ran back out again. Which is not really a phone number that I keep to hand, really. So I Googled and got the right number on the first try. Woot!

I just finished a snack of those little powdered sugar donuts (OMG, so bad for you!) which were an impulse buy this morning and they were yummmmy. I had to stop at the convenience store to get milk this am and whoa, is that a bad idea before you've had breakfast. Too much temptation.

My new computer for work came yesterday and I still haven't had time to take it out of the box, dammit. No fair! I wants to play with the precioussss.

Powdered donuts are my favorite. I have decided it is better to buy one big one and be done with it than a box of the little ones or the munchkins. With the small ones you trick yourslef into thinking you haven't eaten that much and you eat more calories than the big donut, plus you feel less satifsfied in the end.

The only really annoying thing about powdered donuts is the powdered sugar gets on everything. You wear the sugar for hours after your done eating.

You're so right! My favorite carnival food is funnel cake--and you can always tell when I've eaten one because I look like I walked through a snowstorm.

I too think that one big donut is the better choice, because I think you savor it more. The little ones are just mindless eating, if you're not careful. They didn't have any big ones at Dairy Mart though. :(

My local grocery store carries little donuts from Krispy Kreme, but the only kind I'll eat are the chocolate covered ones. They tend to be impulse buys for me as well. LOL
