Ok, a few people on my f-list have asked to see a picture of me. Now, let me preface this by saying I loathe having my picture taken, which is why it is so old (the date on it is 1999). But I don't look that different now, so it'll do. That being said, I do like this particular picture, which is my Aunt BettyAnn and I at my cousin's wedding.





And just to make the post entertaining, this would be the wedding where I walked out of the restroom, across a crowded room, got in the buffet line and was then accosted by a total stranger (female), who urgently whispered in my ear: "Oh, my God, your dress is tucked into your pantyhose!" Yes, folks, I mooned an entire wedding reception!

I don't know why, but I thought you were a brunette for some reason. The blond suits you perfectly!

Thanks, dearie! Yep, I love that dress too. Makes me feel really feminine. It is an all lace over-dress, with a kinda clingy under-dress thing. I can't describe it, but it really is one of the prettiest dresses I've ever seen. It would probably even work as a casual wedding dress, for an outdoor or small wedding.

I had longer hair then than I have now, which you can't see in the pic because I had it pulled back in a clip (it was the end of July and so stifling hot, I was melting). But it's still the same color, which I love. My natural color is sort of a dirt-brown, which really doesn't do much for me, hence the blonde.

Oh no! I've seen commercials that highlight that and have always been paranoid about leaving the bathroom without checking my dress in the mirror. Poor you. Well, I'm sure it made the wedding interesting. Were you wearing a thong? *winks*

I had major long hair when I was a little girl. Got it cut off in 7th grade and never went back. When it's as hot as it's been lately, it wouldn't take too much to convince me to shave my head!

Yep, I love that dress. It makes me look really tan, too. Which is totally cool for the Original!Pasty White Chick. Although this scan looks a lot pinker than the original--I think because I tried to lighten it up.

You're not alone on that one. I did that at my high school freshman homecoming. We all succumb to the terrors of the "hiney-shot" from time to time.
