Please to be helping me, oh wise and powerful f-list!

You know those things they have in parks (and sometimes cities), where fountains of water spray up from underground (rather than from a pool)? What would y'all call those? I thought "dancing fountain" was how I'd heard them referenced, but that isn't getting me what I want on Google.

The Mayor wants to look into doing something similar in our park, but we can't seem to find any info on how to go about such a thing.

It sounds to me like this (http://images.google.com/images?gbv=2&hl=en&sa=X&oi=spell&resnum=0&ct=result&cd=1&q=geyser&spell=1) is what you're after. It's the closest thing I could think of.

Sort of. I seem to be able to find photos of what he wants, just not what they're called. Hard to find a manufacturer that way, you know?

Well...how about looking here? (http://www.hydrodramatics.com/site_fountains.htm) to start...and then maybe this place might have ideas (http://www.waterodyssey.com/)?

I Googled 'playground fountains', btw, if that helps any.

Dude! Perfect. See, I never thought about calling it a 'playground'. I was working along the fountain-y aspect of it.

Thanks, bb!
